"Friends and the Law" conference at the Grand Rex

On December 14, 2023, at the Grand Rex in Paris, the conference "Friends and the Law" was held, organized by Ally Avocats and CEIPI.

This event brought together academics, lawyers, and intellectual property professionals with a common goal: to analyze, with rigor and humor, the many legal issues raised by the cult series Friends.

Through two main sections—Law in Friends and Law around Friends—the following topics were addressed: labor law, intellectual property, family law, liability, real estate law, product placement, reuse of works, and litigation issues.
