On December 11, 2025, at the Grand Rex in Paris, the conference "Stallone and the Law" was held, organized by Ally Avocats and CEIPI.
This event brought together academics, lawyers, industrial property attorneys, and film experts to discuss a central question: what do Sylvester Stallone's works tell us about the law—and what does the law say about Stallone?
Through two main sections—Law in Stallone's works and Law surrounding Stallone—the seminar addressed family law, responsibility, war and legitimacy, trade unionism, intellectual property, trademark law, censorship, and issues related to image, the body, and creativity.
The conference concluded with the screening of the first Rambo movie.
